Payments

You can easily add credit to your telephone account in the My Account application under the heading CREDIT TOP-UP. You may use one of the payment methods listed below:

On-line payment

On-line payment is the fastest payment option. The paid amount is credited to your account within a few minutes from the transaction.

  1. MasterCard and VISA credit cards
    The payment is delivered through the PayMUZO payment gateway operated by the company MUZO, a.s. The payment system uses the latest “3D – secure” solution for safe Internet transactions, supported by credit card providers: MasterCard and VISA.
    After you fill in your payment information, you are automatically redirected to PayMUZO's secure site, where you provide all the necessary information about your credit card and confirm the transaction.
  2. Payment via eKonto at Raiffeisenbank
    After you fill in your payment information, you will be automatically redirected to the Raiffeisenbank web site. Details of your payment are automatically filled in after your successful authorization. You only need to check the data and confirm the transaction.

Off-line payment order

If you choose to pay with an off-line payment order, a printable payment order is automatically generated after you fill in the details of your payment. Just print out the payment order, sign it and submit it to your bank. The payment is credited to your telephone account one day after the money is processed at the bank account of Advantel, a.s.

Cash deposit to the bank account

You can also top up your Smartcall account with a cash deposit at any branch of Raiffeisenbank or at selected branches of Česká pojištovna. Please, always state your Smartcall account customer ID as a variable code in the payment order so that the payment is correctly credited to your account. We recommend that you generate and print the payment order using the My Account application, since all the necessary information (the bank account number and the Smartcall customer ID as the variable code) is given there automatically.
