With your Smartcall Telephone Account you have free access to the My Account application which provides a comprehensive overview of your calls, payments and service settings.
When registering your Smartcall Telephone Account, you will be asked to choose the login information for the My Account Application.
After logging into the My Account application, you will have access to the following functions and information:
- personal and/or corporate data with the option of editing such information or adding new information
- the current balance of your telephone account
- the telephone account number (PIN code) for making calls from unregistered telephone numbers
- CLI - registration of telephone numbers with the option of editing existing numbers and adding new numbers
- credit top-up (to add credit to your account)
- detailed list of phone calls
- detailed listing of payments
