How do I make a call with the telephone account?

To make a phone call with the Smartcall Telephone Account, please, follow these instructions:

Calls can be made only from touch-tone phones. Please, check whether your phone supports the touch-tone dial function. Make sure your phone is set on the touch-tone dial function and not on the pulse function.

The calling procedure is different for calls from registered and unregistered telephone numbers. You may register your phone number during the initial registration process or at any time after its completion using the My Account application.

Tip: Registration of the telephone numbers, you would like to use the Smartcall Telephone Account service from, makes the calling process simplier, faster and more convenient.

Calling from registered numbers:

1. Dial the toll-free access number of your Smartcall Telephone Account.
   • The telephone access number´s format is 822 XXX XXX. Specific telephone numbers are listed in detailed instructions in the My Account application; you can also get information about valid access telephone numbers by calling our customer service
2. Dial the destination phone number.
   • when calling abroad, please, use the destination phone number in the international format: 00 + country code + destination phone number + #
   • when calling locally within the Czech Republic, please, dial the phone number in the national format (nine-digit number)
3. The Smartcall system will connect you with the destination number.

Calling from unregistered numbers:

1. Dial the toll-free access number of your Smartcall Telephone Account.
   • The telephone access number´s format is 822 XXX XXX. Specific telephone numbers are listed in detailed instructions in the My Account application; you can also obtain information about valid access telephone numbers by calling our customer service
2. Enter your 10-digit account number (PIN code).
3. Dial a destination phone number.
   • when calling abroad, please, use the destination phone number in the international format: 00 + country code + destination phone number + #
   • when calling locally within the Czech Republic, please, dial the phone number in the national format (nine-digit number)
4. The Smartcall system will connect you with the destination number.
