Calling rates are given in CZK per minute, including VAT.

When using the Smartcall VoIP service from a fixed line, the actual calling rate is higher by CZK 1,50/min.

The Smartcall VoIP service can also be used from a standard fixed line via a toll-free access number (822 800 802). When calling from a fixed line the rates are by CZK 1,50/min. higher. E.g. the cost of a call to the USA is as follows: CZK 0,90 (the VoIP rate) + CZK 1,50 = CZK 2,40/min.
