Register your trial Smartcall telephone account and get free credit!

After you fill in a simple registration form, we will credit 30 CZK to your trial Smartcall Telephone Account. You can make a call to anywhere in the world using the lowest calling rates from 1,20 CZK/min for local calls within the Czech Republic (during off-peak hours) and 1,90 CZK/min for international calls to fixed lines in most Western European countries, the United States and Canada. The prices include VAT.

Free credit may be used from one telephone line within the Český Telecom network. The number must be entered in the registration form. If you would like to use your Smartcall account after using up the trial credit, just add the minimum amount of 200 CZK via the My Account application under the heading CREDIT TOP-UP. Full Smartcall service will automatically be made available. The full Smartcall service includes:

• registration of up to 10 telephone numbers
• telephone account number (PIN code) for making calls from unregistered lines (e.g. from public pay phones)
• calling from abroad

My Account

With your trial Smartcall Telephone Account you will have free access to the My Account application. After logging into the My Account application, you will have access to the following functions and information:

• personal and/or corporate data with the option of editing your information or adding new information
• the current balance of your telephone account
• credit top-up (adding credit to your account)
• detailed overview of calls
• detailed overview of payments

How do I call with the Smartcall Telephone Account?

Calls can be made only with touch tone phones. Please check whether your phone supports the tone dial function. Make sure your phone is set on the tone dial function, and not the pulse function.

1. Dial the toll-free access number of your Smartcall Telephone Account.

   • The telephone number format is 822 XXX XXX. Specific telephone numbers are listed in detailed instructions in the My Account application; you can also get information about valid access telephone numbers by calling our customer service

2. Dial a destination phone number.

   • When calling abroad, please use the destination phone number in this international format: 00 + country code + city code + destination phone number
   • When calling locally within the Czech Republic, please dial the phone number in national format (nine-digit number)
3. The Smartcall system will connect you with the destination number.
